Commercial for a FIZZY DRINK
A Girl bartender is preparing the drink “perfect Serve” with lemon and ice.
She is toying with the guy who is impatiently waiting for the drink to be
ready. He is being slightly arrogant but then he softens to the girls charms
and they start to flirt.

FEMALE BARTENDER: She is Caucasian/Mediterranean preferably brunette, in her mid
20’s- early 30’s. She is beautiful, with model looks, and big expressive
eyes. She is naturally charming, confident , chatty and she knows how to
deal with people. She is sharp-eyed, and observer. She doesn’t go over her
ideas of naming a serve as a poet. She is confident of what she says. She
has charisma. She is seductive yet playful and sometimes coy.

Fee: Fitting included in buyout
Recall @ $50
Rest/ travel @ $175 per day
Shoot day @ $450
Buyout@$50k
Agency commission included in buyout.
-DAILY FEE: $450 . They will work two days for which overall working fee
will be: 900 Usd,
-TRAVEL FEEE @ 50% of Daily fee: $175/day.
-Callback: $50.(if they are finally selected they will not perceive the
callback fee)
-Buyouts: $50.000 . This includes international, global, only internet,
image rights for one full year to start counting since the first spot
broadcast. And carbonated beverages exclusivity with CocaCola for 1 year.
Very important aspects:
-Actors will have to sign and declare that they have not done any Carbonated
drink commercial during the last two years.
-Actors will not get the buyouts if the spot is finally not broadcasted.
-There will be a marketing efficiency trial during the 3 months following
the shooting. During this 3 months the actor cannot shoot any carbonated
drink commercial. Once the trial is done and the spot goes on air they will
get the full buyouts (with one year exclusivity). If the spot doesn’t go on
air the actor will not get the buyouts, and can do any carbonated drink
commercial after the tird month counted after the shooting day.
-Finally elected actors will have to sign a proper contract wich will be
provided
GUY: Caucasian/Mediterranean guy in his mid 20’s- early 30’s,
preferably brunette but not essential. He is a goodlooking guy who is a bit
cocky. Impatient whilst he is waiting for his drink to be made. He is of
course not aggressive,and he does have a twinkle in his eye.
